Location
The apartment sits directly on the island of Puerto Marina, a few steps from Benalmadena Puerto Marina. Guests watch boats sailing into and out of the harbor from the balcony. The property offers sea views without facing the nearby shops and restaurants, keeping the evenings quiet.
Accommodation and Layout
This Cozy Corner apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bonus for families traveling together. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining area, providing space for four guests. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher and a washing machine in a separate utility area.
Location
The apartment block has a small rooftop pool with views of the marina. Guests also have access to a larger rooftop pool on the opposite apartment block. The pool area is usually quiet, with guests often being the only users.
Amenities
Two calm, sandy beaches lie a 2-minute walk in either direction from the apartment. Malapesquera Beach is a 4-minute walk away. The marina has many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, with a lift connecting the apartment to ground level.
Guest Experience and Bond
The host asks for a 300 euro bond upon arrival, repaid on departure if the apartment is left as found. Previous family guests rated the property 10/10, noting the superb location and spacious, clean interior. This apartment cost less than booking two rooms at nearby beachfront hotels for a family of four.
